At the Xiamen Inspection Center, our technical team conducted a live demonstration of the complete X-ray NDT workflow.
Focusing on challenges our clients care most about—such as internal defect detection in composite materials and precision structural components—we showcased real-time imaging and dynamic analysis. The demonstration vividly highlighted the system’s outstanding performance in high-resolution imaging and precise defect capture, earning high praise from the visiting delegation.
Hardcore R&D · Entering the Xiamen University Laboratory
Professor Fang, a doctoral supervisor at Xiamen University, together with his PhD and master’s research team, personally hosted the visit. They provided clear and insightful explanations of X-ray digital imaging principles, DR/CT imaging workflows, and the core logic behind ASR’s self-developed software systems. From data reconstruction to intelligent analysis algorithms, this deep “academia + engineering” exchange left a strong impression on our guests regarding ASR’s solid foundation in software systems and underlying algorithms.

The final stop was ASR’s manufacturing base at Quanzhou Chip Valley, Nan’an Innovation Center, where our guests reviewed our production and delivery capabilities firsthand.
From meticulous assembly processes to standardized quality control systems, the well-structured manufacturing workflow demonstrated ASR’s strong ability to translate R&D achievements into reliable products. During the visit, the delegation also explored the surrounding industrial ecosystem and spoke highly of the high-quality research and industrial environment supporting ASR’s factory operations.
